Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner, including shipping and delivery. Failure to fulfill orders within the specified time frame may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

Vendors must provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries promptly, and resolve disputes in a professional manner. Any failure to address customer issues may lead to account suspension.

Vendors are responsible for paying any applicable fees for using the marketplace platform. Payment for products will be processed through the marketplace’s secure payment system.

6.Dispute Resolution
Vendors must engage in dispute resolution through the marketplace’s support system. Any unresolved disputes may be escalated to higher authorities or lead to the suspension of the vendor’s account.
